FOUR SHEEP AND A MURDER (Vol. I)

  • Meet the inimitable Doyle family! This charming, extended family solve crimes with plenty of British humour and family values.

Many heads are better than one!

The Doyles are a remarkable family. They argue, they make up again, but above all they stick together. When matriarch Grandma Emily summons them, they all come: to family picnics, to World Porridge Day … and to investigate a murder. When publisher Hugh Hamilton is found murdered in his remote country house it’s Aunt Chloe, of all people, who’s identified by the police as a suspect. To the family’s shock, Chloe had cut all ties with Cornwall thirty years ago – unheard-of for a Doyle! But now she needs her family’s help. And all the Doyles are convinced Chloe is innocent. To solve the case, it will take the combined wits of the whole family. So it’s a good thing granddaughter Kate runs a true crime podcast alongside her sheep farm, and that her father, ostensibly ordinary historian Gilbert, has a far-from-ordinary past as an MI5 agent … Even the sheep have a part to play in solving the case!
