STILL HERE

Yesterday doesn't care in the end.

Moritz Liebig is a grounded 38-year-old with his own cafe, a wife and a son. He hasn’t heard from his parents for twenty years. Then, all of a sudden, his father Karlheinz turns up at his door with the news that his mother died three months ago. Karlheinz has lost the will to live, is tired, worn-out and bitter. He just can’t go on and Moritz, of all people, is supposed to help him end it all. Moritz is completely overwhelmed by the task at hand, the present, the memories, not to mention his father. Should he help Karlheinz, or at the very least try to help him rediscover some courage to face up to life? His seemingly perfect world has been turned completely on its head…
