WORK – Reinventing with AI and What Remains for Us

  • Practical and forward-thinking: How can AI improve the world of work?
  • Worried about jobs? What will the human-AI labor division look like, and what does it mean for the future of work?

What needs to be done to improve the workplace with AI.

How will the world of work change in the age of artificial intelligence? Who works, what, why, how, and with whom? How do we educate ourselves to adapt and grow? How do we lead in this new division of labor? Will we become cyborgs, centaurs, or humanistic artists?

This book offers deep and provocative insights into the relationship between humans and their new machines, addressing new work models, divisions of labor, leadership, and education. Alongside scientific studies, it provides concrete recommendations for a new "Human Machine Resource Management" that can make not just HR practices but also our work more engaging and meaningful. It invites readers to actively participate in shaping the future of work. Key topics include the ethical implications of delegating decisions to machines, the impact on workforce diversity and performance, and the redesign of workspaces and HR processes.
