THE ANATOMY OF WEIGHT LOSS

Nicole Jager describes herself as a fat woman. She knows what it means to be overweight and feel the need to slim down; she herself has already shed 160 kg. Now she has put her experience and expertise as an alternative therapy practitioner to good use and developed a course for everyone who is in a similar situation. Its success speaks volumes; Nicole Jager’s order books are full because not every overweight person wants a size zero model to explain to them how to diet. Jager tells her unusual and inspiring story in her own witty and exceedingly entertaining way.
