SOLVING BLOCKADES – How We Reconnect with the Flow of Life

  • The trending topic of embodiment – for the harmony of body and soul, for healing and resilience.

Bringing body and soul into harmony with embodiment.

Blockades – both physical and emotional – are often interconnected, affecting various aspects of our lives. They manifest in our lower back, knees, breathing, relationships, sexuality, and thoughts. Despite their clear impact, there is surprisingly little scientific understanding in this area.

In their book, Karsten Richter and Nataly Bleuel explore the nature of blockades, their origins, and provide guidance on how to resolve them. They highlight the intricate connection between body and mind, offering insights on self-healing, resilience, and achieving a state of flow.
