PAUL KLEE

"Paul Klee developed a completely new language of picture and form in his work, no longer directly derived from the physical world, but beginning from prototypes like dots, lines and space and leading into an autonomous artistic reality. In doing so, he made a breakthrough to the modern, the impact of which is still felt today. "

"With the most minimal of strokes Klee could impart great wisdom. That’s how a Buddha would draw."" Oskar Schlemmer"
