STORMS IN THE ALGARVE

An unusual cold weather front hits the coast of the Algarve. Storms, rain, and cold disturb the tourists, and an Austrian woman dies. She tried to heat her camper van with heat from her grill and poisoned herself with carbon monoxide. A tragic accident? Her husband has disappeared without a trace. But then traces of blood are found in their camper. It is the blood of a third person. Chief Inspector João Almeida issues an arrest warrant for the husband, and Anabela Silva comes across a connection with an internationally wanted conman. Does he have anything to do with the Austrian couple’s predicament? Then they find the man – dead. Slain in his house. If he murdered the Austrian woman, then who murdered the murderer?
