THE FOOTBALL FORMULA

Working out percentages is so much easier when using a Panini sticker of Iranian footballing legend Ali Daei as an example. And the techniques behind probabilities are a doddle if you’re calculating how Bayern Munich’s players are going to behave at the club’s Christmas party.

Football can explain maths, and maths can explain football. This book contains both intriguing maths problems and entertaining footballing anecdotes for football fans and maths enthusiasts alike.
