Luisa Neubauer

Luisa Neubauer , born in 1996 in Hamburg, is one of the most globally recognized climate activists. After she met the Swedish student Greta Thunberg at the UN Climate Change Conference in 2018, she started the movement in Germany together with other activists. Her most recent works are Gegen die Ohnmacht (2022), co-authored with Dagmar Reemtsma, and Der Klima-Atlas (2024), co-authored with Christian Endt and Ole Häntzschel. Since 2020, she has been hosting the climate podcast  1.5 Degrees . The geography student resides in Göttingen and Berlin.
