THE DEAPTH: Lost (Vol. III)

Seven murders have already been claimed by the unknown serial killer. The task force led by Chief Inspector Tom Engelhardt and cryptologist Mascha Krieger is feverishly searching for the perpetrator, but there are no solid leads.
At the same time, Mascha is trying to figure out the identity of the unknown woman who has been stalking her for weeks and has broken into her apartment at least once.
When an eighth victim is found and another encrypted letter appears, Mascha and Tom finally begin to understand the motives behind this campaign of revenge. Mascha also starts to suspect who might be behind the crimes. Time is running out, because if she’s right, more victims will follow.
However, Mascha has no idea that she herself is on the killer’s list. When she finally uncovers the full truth, she is faced with a fateful decision.
