An attack in downtown Dresden throws everything into chaos.
While Felix Bruch lies in the hospital, Nicole Schauer becomes a witness to a dramatic incident near Dresden's Altmarkt: a car plows into a crowd, and the driver escapes unidentified. Quickly, rumors spread on social media that it was an Islamist attack. The tension in the city grows palpable with each passing hour. At the same time, Bruch mysteriously disappears from the station. Together with her colleague Schmidtke, Schauer searches for the attacker – and for Bruch. She begins to suspect that Bruch may be involved in the current case.
