Is there a right time for first love?

Alma and Théo truly love each other. Their first meeting felt like the beginning of something extraordinary, and the time that followed felt like a promise. And yet, now they find themselves caught between two truths: they love each other, and still their relationship lies in ruins. How can you tell if you can be happy together – or if you would be happier apart? In search of answers, they spend one more summer in Alma’s parents’ house in France, vowing not to leave until they have certainty: hold on, or let go.

Eva Pramschüfer tells, with dedication and stylistic finesse, a story of first love, of art, and of the things that both divide and connect us as human beings.
