THE FERRIS WHEEL OF EMOTIONS

  • The #1 bestseller Besser fühlen with 440,000 copies sold and 15 foreign sales - now available for children, ages 5+!
  • Big emotions like anger, joy, or fear lovingly explained in a child-friendly way.
  • Wonderfully illustrated and with interactive elements to help parents spark meaningful conversations with their children about feelings.

Anger, sadness, joy, or fear - feelings accompany us every day. Toni and Mats also experience many emotional moments during their visit to the fair. Toni is angry because she misses during the tin toss, while Mats gets sad because he loses sight of Toni. The children experience joy and fear, as well as how wonderful it is to look back contentedly at an exciting day in the end.

Windscheid's bestseller Besser fühlen for adults has become a standard reference for a well-founded exploration of one's own emotional world. In this book, young readers can explore together with their parents what emotions are, how they arise, what function they serve, and why even uncomfortable feelings want what is best for us. The loving story of Toni and Mats, combined with child-friendly facts, encourages children to recognize their own emotions, name them, and not be afraid of strong feelings.

Imaginative illustrations by Vera Gereke allow children to empathize and board the exciting Ferris wheel of emotions.
