THE MEDICINE OF THE FUTURE – HEALING IN A CHANGED WORLD

  • How we better treat allergies, asthma, eczema, and related conditions today.
  • New therapies for common ailments – environmental medicine as the key for many searching for answers.

We live in an era of medical challenges: polluted air, stronger pollen, "forever chemicals," food additives, and new viruses and bacteria are impacting our bodies. Yet, a healthy life on a healthy Earth is possible: with the help of environmental medicine.

This book offers a practical and accessible introduction to the various environmental illnesses in Germany, showing how they can be effectively treated or, ideally, avoided altogether: Neurodermatitis, heightened allergies, intolerances, asthma, cardiovascular diseases, Lyme disease, mental illnesses - in short: ailments from which the general population now suffers.

Claudia Traidl-Hoffmann invites readers into her consultation room, sharing experiences from her practice and research labs and linking the stories of her patients with new treatment methods. A book about humans in their complex environment and about what medicine can and must achieve today so that we can live healthier lives in the future.
