Applied communication psychology in the tradition of Schulz von Thun: Anna Fuchs explains in a practical and understandable way what happens when people from different cultures come together. Their philosophy, communication styles and the way they handle conflicts. Conflict and misunderstanding seem inevitable. So how can I confidently master difficult transcultural situations? And which methods and models offer me a toolkit for communication psychology? Questions that are extremely important given the current development of society. The answers are in this book.
