THE ART OF LEADING PEOPLE

What makes a good leader? Are men or women better at leading? What does a humane rather than profit oriented management look like? Abbot Primate Notker and Sister Rosanna explore these questions and share their experiences of high office. They point out common misconceptions about leadership and explain what really matters – not just in business, but also in politics, education and family life. Notker is a rock musician, bestselling author, and, as Abbot Primate, represents over 800 monasteries and abbeys. Sister Rosanna is the most powerful woman in the Vatican.
