US AGAIN – 16 Jewish stories

  • A contemporary collection of 16 Jewish voices expressing their thoughts through prose, stories, and essays.

It is notable that a Jewish literature scene exists in Germany today. Despite the differences among the writers in this collection, they share a Jewish upbringing, intellectual tradition, and a complex relationship with the German majority. The events of October 7 in Israel highlighted this connection. This inspired the creation of Jüdisch, deutsch etc. Dana von Suffrin gathered many notable contributors, and this anthology features 16 writers who, despite their political, personal, and artistic differences, share prose, stories, and essays about what matters to them now.

Contributors include Adriana Altaras, Maxim Biller, Zelda Biller, Yevgeniy Breyger, Joe Fleisch, Marina Frenk, Lena Gorelik, Elfriede Jelinek, Dmitrij Kapitelman, Olga Mannheimer, Eva Menasse, Slata Roschal, Linda Rachel Sabiers, Dana von Suffrin, Ljudmila Ulitzkaja, and Dana Vowinckel.
