Dominik Spenst

Dominik Spenst, born in 1988, studied economics in Frankfurt, Bangkok, Barcelona and Paderborn. He spent four months in hospital after a serious accident and developed The 6-Minute Diary as a result of this transformative experience, which he then self-published. He is currently establishing the brand UrBestSelf together with a small team in Berlin.  Their purpose is to create books that enable users to “write themselves” happier, more productive and more mindful.
